AmCham HR Committee hosted presentation of the Salary Survey for 2017

The HR Committee Chair Ms. Leyla Novruzova opened the meeting by welcoming the members of the Committee.  Ms. Novruzova passed the floor to the speaker Mr. Ruslan Agayev, who is responsible for Salary Survey.

He provided information about the purpose of the meeting which was to clarify the details of the process of working on the survey and the report itself. Mr. Aghayev presented tables and charts about results of the survey and gave the explanation on prospective changes in the survey approach in 2018.

He introduced emekhaqqi.net – total reward platform developed in partnership with AmCham, and explained advantages and benefits of online tools for salary system efficiency.

During the meeting participants asked many questions and gave valuable feedbacks which were discussed by Mr. Aghayev.

Then, Ms. Leyla Novruzova thanked Mr. Agayev for his interesting presentation. At the end the Committee Chair closed the meeting and thanked everyone for participation.
