AmCham HR Committee hosted presentation of the Salary Survey for 2018

On December 14, 2018, AmCham HR Committee hosted its last meeting for 2018. The results and latest updates on “AmCham National Employee Salary Survey” presented by Mr. Ruslan Agayev and Mrs. Sabina Zeynalova. Mr. Agayev briefed information about the improvements and explained stages of survey, statistics, and job family model.

Session was in a format of active discussion, so presenter was in discussion with the audience and happy to answer all questions related to their experience. At the end, AmCham Executive Director, Mrs. Natavan Mammadova, closed the meeting and thanked everyone for participation.
